This distinction is important. Human research supports NMN's ability to raise circulating NAD+. We still need longer and larger trials to learn what sustained NAD+ increases mean for aging, disease risk, and lifespan.
Resveratrol
Resveratrol is a plant polyphenol found in foods such as grapes and berries. It gained attention in longevity research because of its effects on cellular stress-response pathways in laboratory models.
Human results are less straightforward.
A meta-analysis examining resveratrol supplementation in older adults found no significant improvement in immediate memory, delayed memory, working memory, or processing speed (6).

Spermidine
