Omre Wholesale Terms & Conditions

 

These Wholesale Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the wholesale purchase of products from Omre ("we," "us," or "our") by wholesale buyers ("Buyer," "you," or "your"). By placing a wholesale order with Omre, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

 

1. Orders and Acceptance

 

  • All wholesale orders are subject to acceptance by Omre.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If an order is canceled by Omre, any payments made will be fully refunded.

 

2. Pricing and Payment

 

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

  • Wholesale pricing is confidential and must not be shared with third parties.

  • Payment must be made in full prior to the shipment of goods unless distinct payment terms have been agreed upon in writing.

 

3. Shipping and Fulfillment

 

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the bulk order.

  • The Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the order.

  • Omre is not liable for delays in shipping or delivery caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen logistical issues.

 

4. Returns, Refused Deliveries, and Restocking

 

Because wholesale orders involve large quantities of inventory, our return processes differ significantly from standard retail returns. Please review the following conditions carefully:

 

  • Declining Delivery: If you decide you no longer want the order after it has shipped, you must decline the delivery directly with the carrier. If the delivery is declined, the shipment will be routed back to us, saving you the hassle and cost of arranging return shipping.

  • Return Shipping Costs: If you accept the delivery and later decide to return the bulk order (subject to Omre's prior written approval), you are entirely responsible for arranging and paying for your own return shipping.

  • Warehouse Receiving and Inspection Fee: Wholesale returns are not processed as standard returns. To properly intake bulk quantities, we must generate a specific warehouse receiving order, and the goods must undergo a comprehensive bulk stock inspection. Therefore, all accepted wholesale returns are subject to a mandatory $45.00 Warehouse Receiving Fee. This fee will be deducted directly from your refund.

  • Non-Refundable Original Shipping: Under no circumstances will the original shipping fees paid by the Buyer be refunded. Only the cost of the goods (minus the $45.00 warehouse fee) is eligible for a refund.

  • Condition of Returned Goods: All returned items must be in their original, unopened, and resalable condition. Damaged or altered goods will not be refunded.

 

5. Damages and Defects

 

  • Buyers must inspect all goods immediately upon receipt.

  • Any claims for damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported to Omre in writing within seven business days of delivery.

  • Omre will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process a replacement or credit.

 

6. Resale Restrictions

 

  • Products purchased from Omre at wholesale prices are intended for resale at the agreed-upon retail channels.

  • Buyers may not sell Omre products on third-party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) without explicit written consent from Omre.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

Omre’s liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the total purchase price paid by the Buyer for the specific goods giving rise to the claim. Omre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
