When will my order ship?

Orders usually ship within 1 business day. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once it’s on the way.

How long will it take for orders to reach me?

All orders ship from within the US. Our warehouses are located in GA, IL, and CA. Most orders take no longer than 2-3 business days, but we allow up to 5 days for domestic orders (USA).

International order times can vary depending on location. Generally, it’s around 7-10 business days for standard shipping, and express shipping options arrive within 3-4 business days. Sometimes, there are delays at local customs.

All orders are shipped from within the U.S. through our warehouses in Georgia, Illinois, and California. Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days, but we allow up to 5 business days for delivery.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Which carriers do you use?

We use standard shipping through our fulfillment partner. The carrier assigned will depend on your location, and we’re unable to guarantee a specific carrier for each shipment.

Is express shipping available?

Yes, express shipping is available for an additional cost, which is calculated at checkout. Availability may vary depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally (outside of the USA)?

Yes, we do. Customs fees and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. All orders ship from within the US. Our warehouses are located in GA, IL, and CA.

How much is shipping?

Can I update my shipping address after ordering?

We process orders quickly. Contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll try to update it.

What if my package gets lost?

Are customs fees included in the shipping price?

Customs fees and import requirements may apply depending on your location. These fees are not included in the shipping cost at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees related to their order. Please note that no refunds will be issued for abandoned or refused shipments due to unpaid customs fees.

Can I return my order?

Yes! Unopened products can be returned within 7 business days of delivery. Please contact us to get started.

Are there fees for returns?

No return fees apply, but shipping costs will not be refunded.

Do you provide return labels?

We currently do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Can I return international orders?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns for international shipments.

What if the item is damaged?

Send us a photo of the damaged item and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

How do subscriptions work?

Subscribe to get automatic deliveries at your preferred schedule. Manage your subscription anytime through your account.

Can I skip, pause, or cancel?

Yes, as long as it’s done a day before your next renewal date.

Will I get a renewal reminder?

Yes, we’ll send you an email reminder 3 days before renewal.

What if I forget to cancel?

Your subscription renews and ships automatically on the renewal date. While we can’t cancel a shipment once it’s processed, unopened items can be returned for a refund, minus the original shipping cost.

Can I change my subscription's shipping address?

Yes! Update it through your account dashboard at least 24 hours before your next renewal.

Are your supplements gluten-free?

Most are gluten-free, except for Spermidine. Check each label for details.

Where are your supplements made?

All Omre supplements are manufactured in the USA, in a GMP (good manufacturing practice) and FDA-registered facility.

Can I open the capsule and mix it with food?

Yes, you can open the capsule and mix the powder with food. We recommend using yogurt. While the taste may not be ideal, it won’t affect the product’s effectiveness.

Do your supplements contain soy, dairy, or nightshades?

They are soy-free, dairy-free, and nightshade-free.

Can your supplements be taken while pregnant or breastfeeding?

No, our supplements are not recommended for use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

Why should I choose Omre over similar supplement brands?

Unlike other supplement brands, Omre products are developed by an experienced doctor on a science-led basis. In other words: we only begin to formulate a product when we know the active ingredients have solid science behind them.

Why isn't your NMN liposomal?

Liposomes are designed to help fat-soluble ingredients absorb better. But NMN is water-soluble, so putting it in a fat-based liposome can actually slow absorption. Studies show that regular NMN (in powder or capsule form) is highly bioavailable - with over 80% absorption - so there’s no need for liposomal delivery.

What's the best way to take NMN?

Daily oral supplements - either in capsule or powder form are one of the most studied and reliable methods for raising NAD⁺ levels. They’re easy to take, travel-friendly, and well-tolerated. Omre’s formula includes 500 mg of NMN. This form of NMN is the highest purity available, and 3rd party tests from our experience show it has a purity of 99.4-99.7%.

Why does your Resveratrol formula include Piperine?

Resveratrol naturally has low bioavailability, meaning it’s not easily absorbed on its own. To overcome this, we add BioPerine® (black pepper extract) - studies have found this to be a powerful absorption enhancer.

Studies show that Piperine can significantly boost the uptake of Resveratrol by 13x, making it more effective at lower doses. Our formula also uses a micronized form of Resveratrol, with smaller particle size for even better absorption.

The result? A smarter, more efficient way to get the benefits of Resveratrol - no megadosing required.
