You’ve started putting the hard conversations in the morning. You told yourself that’s better planning
It’s almost never what you’re afraid it is. I’m a doctor, and I read every message that comes into this company. This is the one I get most from men who run things. Here’s what it usually turns out to be, and how you’ll know in twelve weeks if you’ve got it back.
It isn’t better planning. And somewhere in the last year, you worked that out.
Twenty-five years of running things and you can still read a room better than anyone sitting in it. None of that has gone anywhere.
What’s gone is the back half of the day.
The first two meetings are you. The third one costs more than the first two put together. By four o’clock you aren’t deciding things any more, you’re deferring them, and you have a good reason ready for each one.
So the calendar quietly rearranged itself. The difficult call goes at nine now. Nothing goes in at five if you can help it. You’d tell anyone who asked that you’ve just got sharper about when you do your best work.
Nobody has noticed. You have noticed every single time.
And there’s a question underneath it that you haven’t said out loud to anyone. Not your wife. Not your business partner. Not your own doctor.
Is this the start of something?
I’ll answer that now instead of making you scroll for it, because men sit on that question for a year or more before they ask anyone, and that is a long time to carry something for nothing.
Almost certainly, no.
What you’re describing is almost never a disease. It’s slower than that. It costs more than that. And it comes back.
Not all the way. Not on its own. But it comes back, and I can tell you what that usually takes.
So let me tell you what it usually is.
It’s not you. Everything you tried was aimed one floor too high.
You’re not a man who ignores something for a year and then complains about it. You’ve already had a run at this.
You went to bed earlier for two weeks. You cut the wine back. You booked the physical, and the physical came back clean.
That was a relief for about four days. Then Thursday afternoon felt exactly like every other Thursday afternoon.
And then the sentence that always comes next. You fixed the sleep, and it turned out it wasn’t the sleep.
Maybe you bought a men’s daily. Someone almost certainly told you to delegate more, which is a useless thing to say to a man whose name is on the door.
And you might have gone further than that. More than half the people who answer our customer surveys already take five or more supplements. Plenty of them have a longevity bottle sitting in a kitchen drawer right now that did absolutely nothing.
Look at that list again, because there’s a pattern in it.
Sleep is fuel going in. Training is fuel going in. So is diet, so is a multivitamin, so is cutting back on wine.
Every one of them assumes the engine burning that fuel still works the way it did at 35.
Nobody checked the engine.
That’s not a failure of effort on your part. You were fixing what goes in. The problem is one floor down, in what your cells can do with it.
What changed between 35 and now
Your brain is about 2% of your body weight. It burns close to a fifth of everything you eat.
It’s the most expensive thing you own to run, and it doesn’t get to skip a day.
Inside every one of its cells sits a molecule called NAD+. It does two jobs. It turns food into usable energy, and it runs the repair work that keeps cells in good order.
Nothing happens without it.
NAD+ drops steadily from your thirties. Nothing has gone wrong with you. The raw material your body uses to make it just gets scarcer as you age.
I won’t give you one dramatic percentage, and I want to say why rather than leave a gap. The number changes a lot depending on which tissue you measure and which study you read. Pick one and you’re really picking a study, not a fact.
What isn’t vague is which parts of you feel it first. The parts that burn the most energy. Brain. Heart. Muscle.
That’s why this never feels like “getting old.” It feels like your list.
The third meeting costing more than the first two put together. The decision you pushed to Wednesday. Two days to come back from what used to take one.
You didn’t lose your judgment. You certainly didn’t lose your discipline.
You’re running the same engine on less fuel.
That’s not a diagnosis. It’s a cause. And a cause is useful, because “it’s just your age” tells you nothing and this tells you where to look.
What it looks like when the fuel comes back
This is the part that surprised me. Men almost never describe this as a big moment.
Some men write that they feel twenty again. One of ours used exactly those words.
Most don’t write anything like that, and what most write is smaller and a lot more convincing.
Steadier, not higher. The same person at the end of the day as at the start of it. Less reaching for the next coffee, and noticing that weeks after it stopped.
“33 days in and I have a significant difference in energy even after a long day of work.” Craig B. · verified customer
“I’m 56 and had been finding myself forgetting things in the short term. After 3 months, I no longer forget why I’m in the basement getting something. My focus is much better as well.” John L. · verified customer
“After 30 days I have noticed these improvements: clean energy (not a buzz), better recovery, improved productivity, better focus, better sleep.” Pete G. · verified customer
And then the sentence you’ve been saying to yourself turns around.
I used to be able to train four days a week becomes I train four days a week. Nothing on the end of it.
That turn is the whole point. And you can put a number on it, which I’ll show you further down.
Three things I’d ask you to do before you spend anything
The give-before-the-ask. This is the pivot mechanic from the page already winning in the account.
These are free. Two of them beat anything I sell. I’m putting them here instead of the bottom, because if I buried them under a product you’d be right not to trust the rest of this page.
One. Sleep. Actual sleep. Seven hours most nights. No screen in the last half hour. I know what I’m asking of a man who runs something. But nothing below this line works as well as this does, and if you’re sleeping five and a half hours and reading on for a shortcut, the shortcut is the sleep.
Two. Move most days. Not a program. A thirty-minute walk. Lift twice a week if you can find it, and past fifty, lift specifically. It’s boring enough that most men read straight past it, and it’s still one of the most reliable things we know of for the brain.
Three. Be honest about the drinking. Not stop. Look. After fifty, the two glasses that were fine at forty are often buying tomorrow morning on credit. Most men reading this already know the answer, and haven’t said it out loud either.
If you’re doing all three and nothing has shifted, that’s the man I’m writing this for. There’s one more thing worth looking at, and almost nobody has heard of it.
Why the longevity bottle in your drawer did nothing
You can’t take NAD+ directly. The molecule doesn’t survive the trip.
What you can do is give your body more of the raw material it uses to build its own. That material is called NMN, and it’s the part of this that has actually been tested in people.
Two trials worth knowing about.
A double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in adults aged 40 to 65 found 60 days of NMN raised blood NAD+ by 38% from where they started.
A randomized study in 80 middle-aged adults found oral NMN significantly raised blood NAD, and reported better six-minute walking distance against placebo.
Now the part you should hear from me rather than find later. Not every trial is flattering. There are published studies that argue against the effect, and if you’d rather start there than take my word for anything, you should.
So NMN raises NAD+ in people. It does not stop aging. Anyone telling you it does is selling you something.
And here’s the question we get most from men who have already been here. So why did mine do nothing?
Almost never because the molecule doesn’t work. Three boring reasons, and you can check all three on the bottle you already own.
One. The dose is a rounding error. The human research runs at clinical doses. A lot of retail NMN carries a fraction of that. Enough to put the word on the label. Nowhere near enough to move anything. Ninety seconds on the back of your old bottle will tell you which one you bought.
Two. Half of what you paid for never reached a cell. Resveratrol gets paired with NMN for a good reason, and on its own it absorbs badly. Without something to help it across, a lot of it passes straight through you. Most bottles don’t include that something, and most men don’t know to look for it.
Three. Nobody ever checked what was in the bottle. In this industry the label is often a marketing document. NMN breaks down in heat and damp, so a milligram number printed on a box is a promise, not a fact, until someone tests that batch. Ask most brands for a lab report and you’ll get an email address.
Dose. Absorption. Proof. That’s the whole difference between this category working and this category wasting your money.
So the job was clear. A clinical dose. Resveratrol paired with something that gets it absorbed. One serving a day, not two bottles to remember. And a batch somebody had tested and published.
I went looking for that and couldn’t find it. So I made it.
The questions I actually get
Is it safe with my medication? Our most-asked question, so it goes first. NMN and resveratrol both have good safety records in the published human trials, and neither is a stimulant. But I don’t know your history, and no web page replaces your own doctor. On a blood thinner like Eliquis or warfarin, or anything for blood sugar? Show your doctor the label before you start. Full nutrition panel and my interaction notes are linked below.
I already tried NMN and it did nothing. Why would this be different? Check your old bottle for three things. Is it 500 mg of NMN, or 500 mg of a “blend”? Is there a published outside lab test for that batch? Does it include resveratrol at a research-level dose, in the trans form, with something to help absorption? If it passes all three, go back to it. I mean that. Most don’t.
You want me to judge it at twelve weeks but the guarantee is thirty days. That’s a mismatch. It is, and I’d rather name it than hope you miss it. Use it like this. Mark day 25. If nothing at all has moved by then, claim the refund on the opened bottle and don’t order again. If something has started to shift, week twelve is where you’ll actually find out. That’s a usable instruction instead of a longer guarantee with conditions buried in it.
If I cancel, has the next bottle already shipped? No. Subscriptions ship on a schedule you can see, and you get an email before every shipment. Pause, skip or cancel from that email. [CONFIRM with Kamal that pause/skip is reachable from the confirmation email.]
How will I know it’s working? That’s what the block above is for. Baseline two markers before you start. Resting heart rate and HRV if you wear something, countable behavior if you don’t. Check at week 2, 6 and 12.
What if it does nothing for me? Send it back. Thirty days, money back, even on an opened bottle, no forms to fight through. Three to four in ten men feel no change. I don’t want your money for something that isn’t working.
Do I take this forever? Honest answer: the decline it’s aimed at is age-related and it doesn’t stop. So if it works for you, the logic points at staying on it, same as anything else you take daily. Better you hear that now than work it out on the fourth reorder. Judge it at twelve weeks and decide then. If you stop, nothing rebounds. You go back to where you’d have been.
Why $69 and not $25? A clinical dose, a polyphenol that actually absorbs, and two independent tests per batch cost more than a label does. That’s the whole answer. On the three-month subscription it’s $2.07 a day.
“Is it HSA/FSA eligible?” Yes
Back to where we started.
You moved the hard conversation to nine in the morning and told yourself it was better planning. You’ve been quietly keeping score ever since.
My honest opinion, from someone who has no way of examining you and no reason to flatter you, is that you haven’t lost it.
You’re running the most expensive thing you own on less fuel than it had at 35. That’s a different problem from the one you’ve been carrying, and it’s one you can actually do something about.
Be straight with yourself about the cost of doing nothing, too. Not in money. In Thursdays.
Another year of this is another year of the third meeting costing more than the first two. Another year of decisions that slide to tomorrow. Another year of moving the hard ones to the morning and calling it planning.
One customer wrote something that stuck with me: “The longer I can stay on top of my game the richer my life will be.”
So. Sleep. Move. Look at the wine. Write down two markers. Give it twelve weeks.
Then judge it the way you’d judge anything else that wants a permanent place in your morning.

P.S. Still skeptical? Good. That’s the right instinct here and I’d think less of you without it. Start with the published work that argues against me, not with me. Then the lab report, which we publish instead of making you ask. Three to four in ten men feel nothing and we say so on the page. My email is hello@omre.co and I read it.
Omre NMN + Resveratrol
This is what we know from surveying our own customers, including the parts that don’t help me.
Now the caveats, because you’d find them anyway. That’s seventy customers reporting on themselves, not a controlled trial. No placebo arm. For controlled comparisons you want the studies above, not my survey. Take it for what it is: what people who bought it say happened.
And the number most brands would cut. Between three and four in ten report no change they can feel, depending on which of those four you ask them about.
You should know that now, not in month three. It’s why the guarantee exists. It’s also why I just handed you markers instead of asking you to trust a feeling.
Here’s the other side of that number. 55% of last quarter’s orders came from people already taking it. Men who feel nothing don’t reorder.
On timing, so nothing catches you out:
Weeks 1 to 3. Most men feel nothing at all. This isn’t a stimulant. No first-day effect, nothing to notice. Blood NAD+ rises inside about a month in the research, but nobody has ever felt a blood test.
Weeks 4 to 8. Where most of what you read above got written. Quiet, and usually by subtraction. The coffee you didn’t go back for.
Week 12. Where I’d ask you to judge it, against the numbers you wrote down on day one.

I love it. Easy to use and easy instructions. Perfect when im busy. It's great.
I bought mine for the full price and now it's 20% off? That's not fair!
How long does shipping take??
got mine after a week
I'm in my early 60's and have noticed an increase in energy throughout the day along with deeper sleep at night. Additionally, I am a novice beekeeper and got stung 7 times two days ago. Amazingly, the welts went down quickly and rather than having painful reminders for days, I had no pain after the first few hours.
Hey Lois, this is what I told you about last night
Wow, this is crazy, have ordered 3 jars now!
Did you buy one, how long does it take to get it
For me 7 business days.
Love this NMN. Very powerful.
Wow sounds amazing, did anyone actually buy one and has it been tested?
Yes, It comes well packed and I have used this for several weeks. It fits well in my daily routine. I like the pill size and how I feel after I use it

Love this brand totally!
I was a skeptic ... Have bought one and was positively surprised. This is worth it. I’m an doctor and often wanted to find one that's reflected in research. Recommended this to 2 other doctors who got them right away and love it!
I absolutely love my NMN resveratrol, had to get one for my husband today since he wont stop using mine!
OMG I know, I was so happy that they had some left today. Had to get one immediately before they run out of stock again like last time
Thank you, mine arrived today! Will test it tonight.
