You said yes to dinner on Tuesday. By Thursday you were hoping she’d cancel. She didn’t.
Nothing fell over. That’s what makes this so easy to carry for a year without telling anyone. I’m a doctor, and I read every message that comes into this company. This is the one I get most from women who run things. Here’s what it usually turns out to be, and how you’ll know in twelve weeks if you’ve got it back.
So you went. And you were good company, because you always are.
You got home just after ten. And you sat in the car on your own driveway for a minute before you went in.
Nothing about that night was a problem. That’s the problem.
Because the week got handled. The week always gets handled. Everyone who needed you got you, on time, at the standard they’ve come to expect. You have never once broken that.
What’s gone quiet is the other list. The one with your name on it and nobody else’s.
The gym membership you still pay for. The friend whose message has been sitting there eleven days. The Saturday that was going to be yours and turned into catching up. Waking up already behind, before the day has asked you for anything.
You didn’t drop any of it. You traded it. One reasonable decision at a time, because there was enough for everything except that.
Nobody noticed. You noticed.
And there’s a question underneath it that you haven’t said out loud to anyone. Not your husband. Not your closest friend. Not your own doctor.
Is this just what it looks like from here on?
I’ll answer that now instead of making you scroll for it, because women sit on that question for a year or more before they ask anyone, and that is a long time to carry something for nothing.
Almost certainly not.
What you’re describing is almost never a disease. It’s slower. It costs more. And it comes back.
Not all the way. Not on its own. But it comes back, and I can tell you what that usually takes.
So let me tell you what it usually is.
It’s not you. Everything you tried was aimed too high.
You’re not someone who ignores a problem for a year and then complains about it. You’ve already had a run at this.
You went to bed earlier for two weeks. You cut the wine back. You booked the physical, and the physical came back clean.
That was a relief for about four days. Then Thursday afternoon felt exactly like every other Thursday afternoon.
And then the sentence that always comes next. You fixed the sleep, and it turned out it wasn’t the sleep.
Somewhere in there, someone told you to slow down, or to be kinder to yourself. Which is a useless thing to say to a woman who owns the outcome.
And you might have gone further than that. More than half the people who answer our customer surveys already take five or more supplements. One of them wrote something I think about a lot: “I have a hard time understanding which supplements I can take together, or what time of day.”
If that’s your kitchen counter too, hold that thought. I answer it further down, because nobody ever does.
Look at that list again, because there’s a pattern in it.
Sleep is fuel going in. Training is fuel going in. So is food, so is a multivitamin, so is cutting back on wine.
Every one of them assumes the engine burning that fuel still works the way it did at 35.
Nobody checked the engine.
That’s not a failure of effort on your part. You were fixing what goes in. The problem is one floor down, in what your cells can do with it.
What changed between 35 and now
Your brain is about 2% of your body weight. It burns close to a fifth of everything you eat.
It’s the most expensive thing you own to run, and it doesn’t get to skip a day.
Inside every one of its cells sits a molecule called NAD+. It does two jobs. It turns food into usable energy, and it runs the repair work that keeps cells in good order.
Nothing happens without it.
NAD+ drops steadily from your thirties. Nothing has gone wrong with you. The raw material your body uses to make it just gets scarcer as you age.
I won’t give you one dramatic percentage, and I want to say why rather than leave a gap. The number changes a lot depending on which tissue you measure and which study you read. Pick one and you’re really picking a study, not a fact.
What isn’t vague is which parts of you feel it first. The parts that burn the most energy. Brain. Heart. Muscle.
That’s why this never feels like “getting old.” It feels like your week.
Everything still gets done. It just costs more. And the recovery takes a whole Saturday where it used to take an evening.
This next part is specific to how capable women live it, and it gets mistaken for a personality trait almost every time.
When there’s less fuel, you don’t drop anything. You keep producing. And you take the difference out of the one account nobody else is watching.
The list that’s only yours. Not because you decided it mattered less. Because it’s the only part of the day nobody is waiting on.
So the proof of the problem is a set of absences. And absences never show up on anyone’s calendar, including your own.
You didn’t lose your discipline. You’re running the same engine on less fuel, and paying the difference quietly.
That’s not a diagnosis. It’s a cause. And a cause is useful, because “it’s just your age” tells you nothing and this tells you where to look
What it looks like when the yes comes back
It almost never arrives as a moment. Nobody wakes up restored.
What happens is that something stops being a negotiation.
You put the trip in the calendar without first running the whole week in your head to see whether you could afford it. You went to the thing on Thursday without spending Wednesday deciding. Something from your own list actually got done, and you only noticed that it had two weeks later.
The women who write to us almost never describe a feeling. They describe something they stopped having to plan around.
“If you’re familiar with the feeling of not being able to function past 1–2 p.m., this message is for you. When you’re younger there are so many ways to feel better — exercise, a healthy diet, better sleep habits. The real challenge comes after 50, when you often don’t have the option to rest or work less. I’m a registered nurse at one of the busiest hospitals, and a mom of three. After 2 months, my colleagues started asking if I had something exciting going on in my life.” Elena P., 52 · verified customer
“For so long now I just couldn’t seem to figure out a solution to sustainable energy. My energy would be up and down and so unpredictable. After being on Omre NMN for a few months, my energy has been consistent and even.” Teresa S. · verified customer
“There are months that my budget is limited and I need to pause my subscription. I definitely notice the difference when I am not taking it. My energy and motivation definitely drop.” Katherine V. · verified customer
And then the sentence you’ve been saying to yourself turns around.
I used to say yes without thinking about it becomes I said yes. No arithmetic in front of it.
That turn is the whole point. And you can put a number on it, which I’ll show you further down.
Three things I’d ask you to do before you spend anything
The give-before-the-ask. This is the pivot mechanic from the page already winning in the account.
These are free. Two of them beat anything I sell. I’m putting them here instead of the bottom, because if I buried them under a product you’d be right not to trust the rest of this page.
One. Sleep. Actual sleep. Seven hours most nights. No screen in the last half hour. I know what I’m asking of a woman who runs something. But nothing below this line works as well as this does, and if you’re sleeping five and a half hours and reading on for a shortcut, the shortcut is the sleep.
Two. Move most days. Not a program. A thirty-minute walk. Lift twice a week if you can find it, and after fifty, lift specifically. Bone as much as muscle. It’s boring enough that most women read straight past it, and it’s still one of the most reliable things we know of for the brain.
Three. Be honest about the drinking. Not stop. Look. After fifty, the two glasses that were fine at forty are often buying tomorrow morning on credit. Most women reading this already know the answer, and haven’t said it out loud either.
If you’re doing all three and nothing has shifted, that’s the woman I’m writing this for. There’s one more thing worth looking at, and almost nobody has heard of it.
Why the last one you tried did nothing
You can’t take NAD+ directly. The molecule doesn’t survive the trip.
What you can do is give your body more of the raw material it uses to build its own. That material is called NMN, and it’s the part of this that has actually been tested in people.
Two trials worth knowing about.
A double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in adults aged 40 to 65 found 60 days of NMN raised blood NAD+ by 38% from where they started.
A randomized study in 80 middle-aged adults found oral NMN significantly raised blood NAD, and reported better six-minute walking distance against placebo.
Now the part you should hear from me rather than find later. Not every trial is flattering. There are published studies that argue against the effect, and if you’d rather start there than take my word for anything, you should.
So NMN raises NAD+ in people. It does not stop aging. Anyone telling you it does is selling you something.
And here’s the question we get most from women who have already been here. Why did mine do nothing?
Almost never because the molecule doesn’t work. Three boring reasons, and you can check all three on the bottle you already own.
One. The dose is a rounding error. The human research runs at clinical doses. A lot of retail NMN carries a fraction of that. Enough to put the word on the label. Nowhere near enough to move anything. Ninety seconds on the back of your old bottle will tell you which one you bought.
Two. Half of what you paid for never reached a cell. Resveratrol gets paired with NMN for a good reason, and on its own it absorbs badly. Without something to help it across, a lot of it passes straight through you. Most bottles don’t include that something, and most women don’t know to look for it.
Three. Nobody ever checked what was in the bottle. In this industry the label is often a marketing document. NMN breaks down in heat and damp, so a milligram number printed on a box is a promise, not a fact, until someone tests that batch. Ask most brands for a lab report and you’ll get an email address.
Dose. Absorption. Proof. That’s the whole difference between this category working and this category wasting your money.
So the job was clear. A clinical dose. Resveratrol paired with something that gets it absorbed. One serving a day, not two more bottles on the counter. And a batch somebody had tested and published.
I went looking for that and couldn’t find it. So I made it.
What I built, and what’s in it
“Is it safe with my medication?” NMN and resveratrol have good safety profiles in the published human trials, and they aren’t stimulants. But I don’t know your history, and this page can’t replace your own doctor. If you take prescription medication - particularly blood thinners or anything for blood sugar - show your doctor the label before you start. Nutrition Facts
“Why not the $25 bottle on Amazon?” You can buy cheaper NMN. Before you do, check three things on its label and lab report: Is it 500 mg of NMN - not a 500 mg “blend”? Is there a published third-party test for the batch? Does it include resveratrol at a research-level dose, in the trans form, with something to help absorption? If it passes all three, buy it; I mean that. Most don’t, and what you save on the bottle you pay for in not knowing what you took. Omre works out at $2.30 a day on a single bottle - [$2.07 on the 3-month supply / $1.84 subscribed - which is less than the coffee it tends to replace at 3 pm.
“How will I know it’s working?” Pick two or three markers before you start and write them down: how often you reach for the afternoon coffee, how the 4 pm meeting feels, how you feel at the end of a long day. Check them at week 6 and week 12. Subjective, yes - but it’s your subjective, measured consistently, which is worth more than “I think I feel better.”
“What if it does nothing for me?” Then send it back. Thirty days, money back, even if the bottle is empty. No forms to fight through. email hello@omre.co; Our team responds to all queries within 6 hours, 24/7.
“Do I have to subscribe?” No. One bottle is $69, full stop. Subscription is there for people who’ve decided to give it the 90 days and would rather not think about reordering - you can skip, pause or cancel any time from your account, and we tell you before every shipment. Save up to 20% with Subscription, Free Delivery and Subscriber offers
“Is it HSA/FSA eligible?” Yes
Back to where we started.
You said yes to dinner on Tuesday, and by Thursday you were hoping she’d cancel. And then you went anyway, and you were good company, and nobody at that table had any idea what it cost you.
My honest opinion, from someone who has no way of examining you and no reason to flatter you, is that you haven’t lost it.
You’re running the most expensive thing you own on less fuel than it had at 35, and paying the difference out of the one account nobody else is watching. That’s a different problem from the one you’ve been carrying, and it’s one you can actually do something about.
Be straight with yourself about the cost of doing nothing, too. Not in money. In Thursdays.
Another year of this is another year of weighing the evening before you agree to it. Another year of the Saturday that turns into catching up. Another year of being the last name on your own list.
One last thing. Of everything that gets sent to us, this is the one I’d want you to read, because she says the part I can’t say for myself.
The message we get most isn’t a complaint. It’s a question.
“After taking this for so long, how am I supposed to tell if it’s doing anything for me?” — customer, 65–74
Fair question. Nobody in this category answers it. So here’s the answer, and it takes about two minutes before you start.
If you wear anything on your wrist, this is easy. Screenshot your 30-day average resting heart rate and HRV today, before the first capsule. Screenshot both again at week 12.
Those two numbers come from a device that has no opinion about whether this worked. That’s the entire point, and it costs you one screenshot.
No watch? Use these. They’re countable, not vibes.
- Evenings this week where you did the thing instead of moving it
- Days to recover fully from a hard week
- Things on your own list that actually got done, counted for a week
Pick two. Count them for seven days now, so your baseline is a number and not a memory.
Then one score. Energy and clarity today, out of ten. Fast, honest, no deliberating.
Check all of it again at week 2, week 6 and week 12. Same markers, same scale. No app. Nothing to buy.
Two reasons this matters.
The first is that in twelve weeks you will have forgotten what this week felt like. That’s not a figure of speech. It’s the most common reason women can’t tell whether something worked, and it’s why a lot of them quit something that was quietly working.
The second is that it protects you from me. You set the bar before you spend anything. At week twelve you’re measuring against your own number, not against my copy. If it hasn’t moved, you’ll know exactly. And so will we.
Omre NMN + Resveratrol
“I have noticed all day energy without any jitters. I’m able to accomplish more in each day. I recommended it to my sister and she also noticed the difference in her day. I just turned 73 this December.” Eva R. · verified customer
So. Sleep. Move. Look at the wine. Write down two markers. Give it twelve weeks.
Then judge it the way you’d judge anything else that wants a permanent place in your morning.
— Dr Pedram Kordrostami, M.D. Founder, Omre
P.S. One number to sit with while you decide. Three to four in ten people report feeling nothing, depending on what you’re measuring. It’s on the page instead of in the small print because you’d have found it in the reviews anyway, and I’d rather you heard it from me with the guarantee attached. The rest are why 55% of last quarter’s orders came from people already taking it. My email is hello@omre.co and I read it.
How to buy it:
Buy it outright and it’s $69 a bottle, whatever size pack you take. No volume discount, no auto-enrolment, and a one-time order stays a one-time order.
The only discount on the site is on subscription. It gets bigger the longer the supply.
Pause, skip or cancel straight from the confirmation email. You never go hunting for a cancel button.
The twelve weeks I’ve asked you for is the three-month subscription. $186.30, or $2.07 a day. It’s the cheapest way to run the trial properly, and you can cancel it the morning it lands.
Stay on it a year at the six-month rate and it’s $662.40. You were going to do that math anyway, so there it is.

I bought mine for the full price and now it's 20% off? That's not fair!
How long does shipping take??
got mine after a week
I'm in my early 60's and have noticed an increase in energy throughout the day along with deeper sleep at night. Additionally, I am a novice beekeeper and got stung 7 times two days ago. Amazingly, the welts went down quickly and rather than having painful reminders for days, I had no pain after the first few hours.
Hey Lois, this is what I told you about last night
Wow, this is crazy, have ordered 3 jars now!
Did you buy one, how long does it take to get it
For me 7 business days.
Love this NMN. Very powerful.

I was a skeptic ... Have bought one and was positively surprised. This is worth it. I’m an doctor and often wanted to find one that's reflected in research. Recommended this to 2 other doctors who got them right away and love it!
I absolutely love my NMN resveratrol, had to get one for my husband today since he wont stop using mine!
OMG I know, I was so happy that they had some left today. Had to get one immediately before they run out of stock again like last time
